Great for a couple and a small family to share.I would get a carafe for the coffee pot in case people want to brew their own coffee. The keurig was fine. Owner is VERY responsive! Great place to staycation in Capitola literally steps from the pier.

Didn't check off the sights in review, because we were just passing thru this time, but we have spent lots of time in the area and love the aquarium, the boardwalk, the UC campus, watching the local fauna in the bay, and Manuel's restaurant in Aptos.

Had there not been the worst windstorm in the last half century we would have enjoyed the peaceful locale even more. That was truly evident the following morning after the wind had stopped blowing. It's a lovely village with friendly people.
