This hotel was amazing and the staff was too! Our room had a great view, was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and shops. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Sorrento, I will definitely close this place home for my stay again!!!

The hotel is beautiful, stunning views! Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is very good. Do not recommend booking the annex hotel room apartment across the street from the property. Loud noise including road noise at night. Sea window view, no patio or balcony view.

Absolutely amazing service and staff! Easily the nicest and most helpful staff we have had so far. The cleaning services are amazing, they even cleaned our room in the time it took us to eat dinner, and we didn’t ask which was such a great surprise the first night! "Over 10 mins wait time to checkin. Elevator clunks at a certain floor. Reception did not answer my phone call. Very slow wifi. Amazingly the room was well insulated from the busy street noise. Good concierge service."
