“The host was prompt, pleasant, and addressed my immediate question right away! The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I just have 2 things that kept me from giving 5 stars. There were no medium or large size frying pans, only 2 small. That was an inconvenience when making a meal for 2. Maybe I overlooked the larger pan, but I did search all cabinets. The other issue was that there was a snowstorm on day 2 of our stay that ended early morning around 4am. By 9am the walkway and stairs were not……

“We enjoyed the unit and loved all of the space and quantity of kitchen dishes. We were very disappointed in our ability to control the thermostat and were very cold. The manager told us they “forgot” to change the settings. It was in the 20’s and the house needs storm windows. The windows leak badly! “Don't overlook this property if you're going to Rockford! There were many positives we experienced with both the property and hosts. We were happy to have access to the EV charger. It's pretty powerful too! The hosts were responsive to my misunderstanding with removing an adapter, going out of their way to quickly remedy the situation, and follow up to make sure it was working.There's a fire pit out back, a pretty nice set up with chairs and plenty of firewood available to burn!
