Our one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 4 comfortably and has all the basic necessities and then some!

The kitchen/dining area is stocked with the essentials, including Heart2heart coffee(that supports charity), and everything you need to enjoy some quieter meals at home. Lots of plastic dining ware as well and a high chair/booster for the younger crowd!

The bathroom has linens, toiletries, and paper products for your needs.

The bedroom features a spacious king bed with memory foam mattress topper, streaming tv, and a pack 'n play.

The living room has an additional streaming TV, brand new furniture, and a gas fireplace to warm you during the winter months.

Designed with young children in mind, the common space has a new twin bed with additional trundle(brand new memory foam mattresses), a guard rail, nightlight with sound machine, and toys and books.

Safety measures at the condo include a brand new smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, nightlights throughout, cabinet locks, and outlet covers.

The concrete patio features exterior lights and seating for four- the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset!

We are nestled up the hill from the shore of Lake Como, a brief walk to The Ridge, minutes to Lake Geneva, Williams Bay, Delavan, and more! Enjoy the association pool and splashpad in the summer months, and snow sports in the winter!

Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer fireplaces and DVD players. Rooms open to patios. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers and hair dryers. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms.
