Car Rental Art District

Once you've checked out all of the interesting sights in Art District, there's a lot more to explore in the region. Pick up the keys to a rental car, stow your bags in the trunk and get on the road. These are some drives we think you'll love:

• Make tracks to San Sebastián for a fantastic sightseeing experience. About 50 miles from Art District, it's home to tons of cool sights, including Monte Igueldo.
• Next stop? It has to be Burgos, which is around 75 miles away. Burgos Cathedral is one local hot spot you shouldn't miss.
• Find your way to Ordesa Y Monte Perdido National Park to discover some local nature. Take a picnic to enjoy or just relax and unwind. From Art District, it's around 160 miles away.

If you don't have a driver's license issued in Spain, then you'll likely need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. It's also important to note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll have to show your current license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, make sure the credit card you used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. A few other things to note for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You'll need to be 25 or over in most countries to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of cars you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the rules and regulations before you drive away. With rental cars, you usually can't cross country borders, drive onto ferries or go off-roading with a rental car.
