There's heaps to do in Île-de-France, but venture farther afield and you'll find more sightseeing magic. Organize a set of wheels and you can discover the surrounding area at your own pace. Add these fantastic destinations to your itinerary:

• You'll find Circuit de la Sarthe and many more amazing sights in Le Mans. From Île-de-France, it's around 100 miles away.
• Why not check out the wonders of Reims too? Major attractions in this colorful city include Notre-Dame de Reims. Reims is around 95 miles from Île-de-France.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in France, then you'll likely need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be able to rent a car.
