Car Rental Medina of Tunis

Once you've covered all the great places in Medina of Tunis, there's heaps more to see in the region. Collect the keys to a rental car, stow your bags in the trunk and get going. Here are some road trips we know you'll love:

• Make your way to Sousse for a fun-filled sightseeing experience. Approximately 70 miles from Medina of Tunis, it has lots of amazing attractions, including Sousse Beach.
• Next stop? Hammamet, which is around 35 miles away. Dar Sebastien International Cultural Center is one local hot spot you shouldn't miss.
• Get out into the great outdoors and take in the serenity at Gabes Beach. You'll find it approximately 200 miles from Medina of Tunis.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Tunisia, then it's likely you'll need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence in order to rent a car. Also consider that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll be asked to show your current license your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental vehicle matches the name on your license and passport. A few other things to note to rent a car internationally are:
