The cabin is exceptional - privately nestled among the birches just above the Carrabassett River, minutes drive to Sugarloaf and the best in local eateries. You’ll marvel at its delightful wood carvings, lose yourself in the morning view from its soaring livingroom windows, and relish in the evening warmth from the amazing stone fireplaces. When the snowy winter winds blew through the valley, we were perfectly warm and comfortable. This was the ski retreat my kids were hoping for. We very much enjoyed staying at Tahoe East and getting to know Frank through it. "

"1st of all there is no shower or running water so bringing your wife might b rough...after that its cozy and comfortable...if u sleep upstairs bring a bottle of water cause gettin down that ladder is tricky...id stay again but would probably leave the wife home"
