“Weather could have been better, but that doesn't ruin anything. Cleaners have to remember to take the old coffee filter out of coffee machine - 2nd vrbo stay, two different places, but same thing.”

“Great cabin to stay in, and if it being on the road it was very quiet. Just little parking but that didn’t stop us from having fun!”

“This property was excellent. Very clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful. The best part of this stay, however, is the amazing location. It is walkable to many amenities in an area that is otherwise pretty rural. We had a lovely stay and hope to return in the future!”

“I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!”

“The house was very clean and views of the lake were beautiful. However, there was only a washer and no dryer. The shower head was awful which caused half of the body to freeze while showering. The bed in the master bedroom is beyond awful. The mattress is sinking in the middle and the bed creaks with the slightest of movement. When i tried to blowdry my hair, the smoke alarm went off. I would not stay here again!!!”

“The cabin is amazing! I called the day before we arrived to check on some amenities. The person I spoke with was very friendly and informative about the area. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the large jetted tub that was not advertised and there was a grill at the cabin that was not advertised as well. Cons- The pool was cold for my liking and the hot tub is small. The front desk person was not at the desk when we arrived. There was a sign……

“Great place! Loved the space. We were only three people. I think there is a need for blinds. Sunrise came very early 4:30am and the house brightened right up. The beautiful and large living room windows let the house warm up quickly. Not ideal for the humid days we got when we returned from our adventures.”

“The cabin is really nice with fantastic views. The cabin faces west over Moosehead Lake setting itself up for amazing sunsets. Our only complaint about the place was the downstairs bed is extra firm and we both found it very uncomfortable. Other than that, the description of the place was very accurate and we certainly enjoyed our brief visit.”
