“We really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because it really was a nice location. Unfortunately, there were a few items that needed attention. Our shower dispenser was completely empty, so we were left have to use the bar of soap by the sinks. The ceiling to floor mirror was filthy. My wife almost started cleaning it and I told her that it was not our responsibility to clean for the hotel. Lastly, the property is poorly lit at night. We returned back to our room around 9pm and parked in the spa……

“I was put in a room that was a very long walk from the lobby, even though the property was not full, since it’s the dead of summer in Scottsdale. Since I typically travel solo I prefer something more central. The property is lovely and the service was great.”

“An absolute dream. The only issues I had the entire weekend were with food, once my salad was incredibly salty, and another time my breakfast French toast was missing all of the banana, betties, cream toppings that it was supposed to come with but both times it was remade for me immediately. The bed was luxurious, the spa was so relaxing and the pool was refreshingly cool with the 105 degree weather, 10/10, will visit again!”

“I visited in August 2026. There was not much for vegetarians to eat. There was not much to do outside of 6 swimming pools, hiking, complimentary bicycle loan and riding. Everything on the television was for fee. There wasn't a free shuttle ride to be found to go anywhere. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was nice..bring your own thermos if you enjoy more than a swallow. Cold water is available in the lobby but The Scott Resort and Spa happened to have complimentary flavored……
