"I stayed here with my wife and 2 children while we were helping my daughter move in to a house in the adjacent neighborhood. I would gladly stay here again. The apartment was well-appointed, and we were able to prepare meals, do our laundry, go swimming, and use the gym, so it was nice to be able to maintain the same routines we do at home. The location is excellent, you are very close to Loop 101, shopping at Safeway, the ASU campus, and plenty of nearby restaurants. "

"Property and apartment were clean. Beds were a softer foam mattress and in one bedroom they put 2 queens, one blocked the door to the 2nd bathroom. Nice location "

"The Boho Casita was very adequate for our purposes of coming into town for the innings fest at Tempe Beach Park. It was a compact space and felt cozy rather than overly small. The bathroom was efficient but was the only awkward space in the unit. The neighborhood was so quiet and we did a lot of walking to and from the festival and downtown dining. Super convenient! Would recommend"

"The condo is super cute and clean. The location was perfect and I loved how secure the building felt including the secure parking. Huge bonus! Easy to get around and great access to walking trails. The stairwells and hallways are very dirty but the unit itself is great. The screening and check in process was a bit clunky and excessive requiring multiple attempts to complete a verification process leading up to arrival. "
