"What a remarkable property! This home, located on a quiet hilltop, was the perfect place to relax, unwind and escape Phoenix's oppressive heat. The space is thoughtfully appointed and doesn't skimp on the views. Oh my goodness, the views! Payson delivers on wildlife sightings (we saw elk all over town!) but we didn't have to leave the house to enjoy seeing the local wildlife from the patio. It was so quiet you could hear the birds wings flutter as they rode the thermals and the elk calling out to each other. What an incredible experience! Inside the home, the kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meal and then enjoy it in the dining area. Relax and watch a movie on the massive television or just decompress on the comfy couch. The large and beautiful master bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with the half bath located in the hallway. The extra sleeping area isn't as private and gets bountiful light in the morning from the front windows so if you prefer a darker space use the master bedroom. The extra space, though, was comfy and had everything I needed to feel at home. And that's just it...we felt like we were at home. Our stay was wonderful and on the drive back to the valley we talked a lot about when we could go back. There is no place I would rather stay in Payson. Can't wait to visit again!"

"Staff was very friendly. Property had free coffee and hot chocolate, free ice machine (even bags if requested), and convenient location to Tonto Creek for fishing. They had a pool, cornhole (bring bags), large chess game outside, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, a checkers game board inside and many other board games. The restaurant on premise is convenient. There is a private back door (for the smaller rooms without kitchens) that leads to either the parking lot or the creek depending on which side you are staying."

"Our room was very clean. Air conditioning worked great. I got the luxury king suite. Very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The second day around sunrise, stepping out onto the back patio we were greeted by two very large elk. Definitely a highlight of our stay. My only complaint was the breakfast. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and some other juices besides orange juice. The eggs and sausage were horrible 😫. They did have oatmeal packets which would be better if you would have had toppings like raisins brown sugar granola, etc. For a pricey Inn they need to improve the breakfast."

"This property was exactly what my family was looking for! It is in the most quiet and serene location, and the nature and weather was just perfect! The house itself is exactly what a young family needs, with multiple rooms, activities and games, and a beautiful yard. It was clean and fresh, and most importantly very homey! We hope to be back again soon!"
