Loved the large mirror in the dining area and the comfortable bed.Needs some maintenance quality control (loose blinds, lock to rooftop broken, fire pit not working). Also, although response received for communications, request was not resolved. A security bar in the shower would be helpful.Also, the VRBO site is not customer friendly. Very hard to maneuver check-in and to find the menu item……

“The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). However, there were several issues. Check-in was frustrating, as I didn’t receive instructions by 4 PM and had to call the host, who initially couldn’t find my reservation. “Fabulous place to stay! If you love the Mid Century style, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail the host put into preserving and decorating the property. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are heavenly, and the location allows you to take advantage of the best PHO has to offer. Will, the host, is very accommodating. His house manual has some great reviews of nearby restaurants, or avail yourself of the goodies at AJ’s fine foods and cook on property. Fa-get about Scottsdale; leave that……

“Host was very communicative which we appreciated. We let him know about the cleaning concerns we had. Just think the cleaning crew can do a better job. Also, a safety factor of the smoke alarm was missing.”

“Great spot in Old Scottsdale! Balcony looks right over the pool area and has everything you need. Short drive to many great restaurants and easy to get to many outdoor activities. Sherman was a very responsive host and check-in was a breeze. Definitely would stay here again!”
