Flights from Los Angeles to Phoenix: Reviews from verified customers

Delta Airlines really takes care of its travelers on international flights, even in Econonomy/Coach. Sky Miles members get priority boarding after First class, Business Class, Premium and Comfort Plus. That's a nice touch. The signature bellini as a welcome drink, the warm face towels, the printed dinner menu, and the thank you chocolate is also a nice touch. I also appreciate that, even in Economy/Coach, wine is served at meals. I've flown Delta on a number of long haul international flights, now--13 to 15 hour nonstop flights--and Delta is top, in my book. Outstanding service. I'll be flying Delta again on my next business trip, to be sure.

We don’t often get the chance to get away so air trips are always a bit nerve wracking for us. Our trip could not have been smoother. The updates kept us informed, the staffing at every level was friendly and helpful when needed. We were very comfortable in our seats and look forward to another trip via American Airlines.

There was a medical emergency on the flight and the Dr. thatHappened To be on board and the helpfulness of Delta staff was very impressive. My cudos to the staff for figuring out the reason for the unresponsive diabetic guest and resolving the problem and having an ambulance waiting as soon as we landed! Super impressed!

I do! I am not a happy flier--in fact, I'm convinced that any plane I'm on will crash once it reaches six million feet and all on-board will.... I expressed this to flight attendant Tomara (employee number 697-51) and she could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. She didn't give me that old malarky about how more people are in car accidents (yeah, but some usually survive), but was able to calm me in an intelligent, adult manner. I retired as manager of employment at a university in New Jersey and am always aware of those who practice superlative customer relations. Tomara is a gem--and because of her, I'll search out flights on Delta in the future. .

Seats were a bit too tight and really uncomfortable to eat and rest.

American Airline is great. What was not even good was Expedia!!!

TSA was training a new xray tech. 30 minutes fpr a short line of 40 people. TSA should do better given an unused lane was available

Entertainment was the best feature; made the 12 hour flight feel a lot shorter!

Unfortunately the flight was over an hour late but communication was good.
