Great location - artsy vibe
"The hotel is clean, and the staff was helpful. The location is fantastic, with many coffee shops and local restaurants within a few blocks. Foot Print Center is a 20-minute walk south (1 mile). Would recommend it. Fantastic onsite restaurant, bar, and cafe as well.
The hotel is in the arts district and carries the vibe throughout the common space, halls, and rooms.
The room design is industrial, with wood and metal fixtures throughout. Sealed concrete floors. Not the coziest - more euro-industrial trend.
Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Phoenix. Easy access by foot, public transit stations, and automobile (near I-10)."
"Robert at check in was great! Robert was able to move me to a jacuzzi room, and the check in was so fast and easy. All the employees who were working the front desk were really good at multi tasking with multiple customers who were both checking and out and in, and were kind and pleasant about it. Great team, and a great location. Will 10/10 stay at the 3 Palms."
"Very tranquil! Even though it was fully booked, you cortisone tell since all the rooms were spread all over this expensive property. We ended up eating at the on-site restaurants for a couple of nights rather than driving to Scottsdale as we really enjoying our stay here. The heated pools and the fireplace in the rooms really made the Fall stay even nicer!"

"I was nervous that this property would not be the same as my previous stay 8 years ago according to some of the reviews and I’m glad we pushed forward and tried it again. We had a great time. We were in the villa room and it was clean and comfy and with a view of the water/golf course.
We went to the spa during a rainy day and it was AMAZING. Our therapists both delivered the best massage ever!
Golf was also a nice adventure. My only call out was that I requested ladies left handed clubs and was given a men’s set, which made for a tough round. I ended up only playing a few holes because I’ve it.
Overall, I’d recommend this resort and would stay here again. "
