“The elevator was down on 2 occasions. The security door was broken 2 nights, and there was no creamer for coffee 2 mornings. The response from staff was met with no concern and responded with annoyance that I would ask when the elevator or door lock would be fixed. Would never stay here again.”

“This was the perfect spot for our hiking trip! They have laundry facilities, a beautiful pool/hot tub, an ice machine, and the most friendly staff! Check-in was slightly confusing because we arrived late night but we were able to get into our villa within 15 minutes!”

“We stayed just 1 night in the king suite, it was well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was lovely and bar staff very friendly. Its not super obvious where guest registration is for check in, and ice machines were not on every floor, so in 110d we had to go looking for ice. Id recommended this place , plenty of places to eat close by and we enjoyed the proximity to Quintero golf course and Lake pleasant.”
