“Nice property with great location. The ground level villa we were in was like a small apartment. You have a kitchen (table with 4 chairs, two burner stove, coffee maker, full size fridge with ice maker in the freezer, small sink and microwave), bathroom, bedroom, living room and patio. It was nice for us to whip up a quick breakfast and coffee and enjoy either on the patio or at the dining table inside. Or we could walk (or quick drive) to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarters for any meals……

“We had non stop issues including no ac 7 repair calls in 4 days. The last 30 hours we had to just give up. They offered to move us at 5 pm on the last day which since the h would only live the 1 room not adjoining and because it was like 1; hours till we would check out we declined. On checkout wanted to make sure all items recorded and the gal Jocelyn was very dismissive and said it’s all there without me being able to review. So here was issues - ac - non working, (116 degree temps in Az)……
