“It was near the ADO bus station, just round the corner. I took an Uber / Didi car at the end as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was far away from the city centre. Need to take an Uber / Didi car to get there. Not a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Business hotel with elevator. Good air-conditioning. Very spacious with good lighting and big tables and storage area. Relatively comfortable bed. The toilet and shower area is relatively small given the spacious room. Modern facilities……

“Les hace falta mantenimiento al aire acondicionado, capacitación al personal , déspotay apático , sin olvidar que hay quienes no saben de atención al cliente ,. Estuve en las instalaciones desde las 10 am y hasta las 13 horas pude hacer checkin , bueno , así lo marca el reglamento, a pesar de que les iae mension de que Hiba llegando de un viaje en carretera de más de 15 horas , exactamente 18 .. En ningún momento me dieron la atención para descansar, argumentando que no había habitación……
