“El personal es despota y grosero, se ponen muy altanero y con un tono de voz golpeado, solamente si llegan más personas se tranquilizan. La habitación que nos dieron no servía la chapa y nos tuvo que abrir el personal de limpieza, el mesero del desayuno obligatoriamente quería que nos quedáramos sentados en el restaurante gritándonos de manera grosera “ya siéntense”, el baño estaba sucio con sarro al fondo.”

“It was near the ADO bus station, just round the corner. I took an Uber / Didi car at the end as I had a lot of luggage. The hotel was far away from the city centre. Need to take an Uber / Didi car to get there. Not a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Business hotel with elevator. Good air-conditioning. Very spacious with good lighting and big tables and storage area. Relatively comfortable bed. The toilet and shower area is relatively small given the spacious room. Modern facilities……
