Great place to stay. The rooms are quiet and larger than a regular hotel room. There is plenty of closet space and extra seating available in the room. The beds are comfortable, a/c cooled just fine, and the water pressure in the shower was terrific, especially after an 11 hour drive. The breakfast is mostly cold items or items that can be toasted or heated up in a microwave, but it was still a good variety of items for a quick meal before heading out. Staff are extremely accommodating. This was an overall great stay. I would love to give 5 stars, but the only con was the back entrance closest to my room did not lock properly.

The property has potential, apparently they are under new management and I hope they do some room improvements. Our bathroom was scary…. Needs 100% remodel. The ceiling separating from the wall, the shower floor had been painted and was peeling bad, the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. The carpet in the main room was questionable, definitely needs replacing. I would not walk barefoot on it. The lobby area and front desk was good. Very nice staff working here… they deserve a more updated property to keep up.

Front desk was very friendly and quick. Room was clean and the price was better than the local options. The pool didn't have water, but we weren't going to use it, so nothing lost. The one area that could be improved was breakfast. Having any hot food choice would have made it much better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We arrived around 4 p.m., and check-in was fairly quick. Traveling alone with two small children and our dog, I appreciated having a double-queen room near the rear exit and parking lot. Positives The pool was open, a pleasant surprise since I had previously passed on this location when it was closed. Housekeeping was consistently attentive throughout our Friday-to-Monday stay over Columbus Day weekend. Staff regularly vacuumed, mopped, maintained the large rotunda, and checked whether we needed anything. The laminate flooring suited a pet-friendly room. Guests also have complimentary access to two BBQ grills, including a flat-top, provided. Things to Consider Broken glass appeared in the parking lot Saturday, with additional bottles and shards by Sunday morning. Our dog began limping, and although I found nothing in her paws, I worried she might have been cut. We also avoided letting our older child ride her new scooter in the lot. This was my biggest concern and an important safety issue for families and pets. White bedding required extra attention with young children, while the raised bed frames made retrieving dropped items inconvenient. Cribs cost $10 per night, so we chose another sleeping arrangement. Breakfast was limited to burritos, waffles, bagels, and cold cereal. The restaurant remained closed to regular dining due to private events. Overall Attentive housekeeping, an open pool, and convenient amenities made this a practical family stay

We love the indoor lobby area and the outdoor courtyard, breakfast at the restaurant was good every morning. It was my 3rd year staying here however, and I have never seen the pool open. This was the first time I did see water in, yet, it was not open. Staff was friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurant wait staff was fantastic. Would stay again.

Great breakfast. Made to order and great selection. Room was clean and spacious. All of the hotel staff were kind and accommodating. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed and waiting for repair with an unknown repair date. The restaurant on site is closed on Sundays and Mondays ( there are a couple other places in town, but not much is open on Sunday).

The one true plus was the hot breakfast from the Lucky Duck. It should have been posted on the website that the swimming pool was closed. That was a big big disappointment to me. The boy working ice machine was on the first floor and there was no elevator.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. They gave us Breakfast vouchers for a complimentary breakfast menu of a variety of tasty choices to pick from to eat at the restaurant attached to the Hotel. Their Lunch Hamburgers were also delicious reasonably priced.
