“The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity……

“The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible.
