The main door to enter the hotel was an automatic sliding door that was broken and heavy. Partrons had to open and close the heavy sliding door. The linen was washed but stained and should of been thrown away. I do wish we had known it is very close to the interstate and the side that faces the building was considerably noisy. We also encountered issues with the elevator not working properly from the third floor and the automatic door that opened and closed to the lobby was inoperable and had a sign, handwritten and taped to it that said to “please Push door closed.” There only seemed to be two luggage carts and when it was time for checkout, there was none to be found so I had to make multiple trips from the third floor in order to get our luggage and other items to the car. Thiscwas a nonrefundable hotel fate, althiugh i was not advised of thevDNR until o wttempted to check in.
