Rome City Centre2 nights3.0 star property8.6/10 - Excellent (146 reviews)"The reception was closed here for my whole stay and I had to go to another hotel nearby to check in. When we got the hotel our room on the third floor smelt strongly of sewage and there was an ant infestation in the bathroom. I was changed to another room on the same floor but it’s basically an attic with rooms. The new room was badly lit the bathroom had some mildew but the bed was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t book this hotel again."Reviewed November 1, 2026Roundtrip • New York (LGA) - Rome (FCO)LGA - FCO • 2 stops FCO - LGA • 2 stops$1,315$741found 1 hour agoper traveler - Tree Charme Augusto Boutique Hotel

Rome City Centre2 nights3.0 star property9.4/10 - Exceptional (49 reviews)"First, this is no a traditional hotel. It’s two floors of a dirty old apartment building. You enter via door code next to several trash cans and walk up two flights of stairs to an elevator to the third floor reception, which is only open 8am-3pm. Staff was helpful providing after hours access via WhatsApp chat. The room was fortunately cleaner and brighter than the stairway and corridor, which stank of cigarette smoke, with modern finishes. However, the air conditioning did not work and..."Reviewed October 18, 2026Roundtrip • New York (LGA) - Rome (FCO)LGA - FCO • 2 stops FCO - LGA • 2 stops$1,466$801found 1 day agoper traveler - Hotel Parrasio

"The location is excellent, just off A1. The toll station of A1 was just under my window. Windows have good sound protection. Room is very small. We needed to repack 2 medium size suitcases, but there was no space on the floor to open both of them. The only option to put suitcases on the bed. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor was very good."

Hotel Testani Colleferro
Hotel Testani Colleferro"This is a repeat hotel for our company. We have teams of technicians in Colleferro every few months and this hotel never disappoints. The only times we stay elsewhere is when they are fully booked. It's been a couple of years and I have to say that I have yet to have a single complaint from our teams. Absolutely perfect for business travel."
"The staff were very helpful and provided useful local information, including advice about trains and transportation. They also spoke very good English, which made communication easy. The room was neat and clean, and the hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay."
Palazzo Santori
Palazzo Santori"Good location, close to main attractions."
"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."
"The staff were so lovely!"
