“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the perfect location in Tivoli. We had lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and greatly enjoyed Osteria Mom and the breakfast spot around the corner. Very comfortable, an ideal spot!”

“A truly brilliant location and the restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling by car the walk to the public car park is not a problem and the hotel will help you with your bags if you let them know. I hope to return! If you have mobility issues the stairs from reception to the rooms may be trying.”

“Exceptional property! Really loved the beautiful room with its artistic and historic details. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need during your stay. Also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions. We walked less than 5 minutes to Villa D’Este! Marco (host) was a delight to meet and chat with. We were grateful for all the info and tips he shared with us. We had a lovely breakfast of a croissant right from the bakery, freshly squeezed orange juice……

“We stayed in 5 different hotels over the course of two weeks. This was by far our favorite hotel. Our room was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, and catered to our every whim. The Roman pool was one of kind. The courtyard was gorgeous and intimate. Don't except the Ritz, but this place deserves to be heralded for what it has to offer. We will stay again for sure. Well done Giovanni!!!!”

“The only issue with this property is that it is too far from the city center in Rome where all the sights are. You would have to catch a cab or an Uber. Otherwise, it is a very nice place ”

“Tranquil old Italia country setting only 20 minutes from central city. Impeccably maintained, beautiful landscaping throughout, and amazing architecture from another century. Be sure to make dinner reservations for at least one night during your stay.- a true 4 course Italian meal. Bellissimo!!”
