It was so easy to book this property and get into our room with keyless entry. Everything was communicated up front. The room was great, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved that we could walk right next door and get one of the best burgers and fries that we have ever had. Nice central location. Would absolutely stay there again on a return visit.

The room was clean but as the sign said, bear with them as they're renovating. Check in was seamless with a zero contact system and a code provided for the door via email. Shower was hot & high pressure which was a pleasant surprise. For a no frills stay, this was just right for the one niggt we were in town.

Like: Clean, quiet, safe. Challenging: no humans to help!!! It's all supposed to be internet-based, yet the internet was mostly unavailable. We got into our rooms ok, but all around us people were waiting - entry codes didn't work. When away from the property and finally able to connect, the text responses were not helpful. The 1 shot keurig for coffee was impossible. When finally got it working it needed to be de-scaled. So lukewarm weak coffee was all we got. Again, no humans around to help. If the price were $20 lower per night it would properly reflect the below basic accommodations.

Overall cleanliness was satisfactory however there was a half eaten pint of ice cream left in the freezer and a bag of melting ice left in the bottom of the fridge leaking. We found other items left around by previous guests as well. There wasn't any hair dryer which was listed as an included amenity. This was inconvenient for me since I left mine behind. The overall quietness was very good and obviously they had great insulation between rooms since we had neighbors on both sides. The wifi/internet connection for the tv was very poor and it is not operational without it. It only worked early in the morning, likely when there's less competition for internet use. The queen bed in 118 was extremely uncomfortable and the head of bed was at a decline angle likely due to the bed frame's age. The bathroom door was also not able to be locked at all. Another inconvenience with keeping my small children out of it. The fan was also non existent in the bathroom. I had to reach out in order to get the code to the room because a supposed email I was to receive was never sent 24hrs prior to check in as was disclosed. For the price and convenient location, I'd probably stay at the other prominent motel with the included breakfast and probably better cleanliness and comfort.

The room was clean. It was a very functionally adequate stay; we didn’t opt for a more expensive stay and this fit our needs. Quiet. Safe. Comfortable. Clean. Only issue I had was the WiFi dropped out for a day, but was remedied by speaking with the staff. Overall, don’t expect cell service to be great in the Cascade Mountain area anyhow. If you want a cost-effective stay without the frills, and meets all your accommodation needs, I’d stay here.

The staff we spoke with were extremely friendly and helpfull. The room was extremely clean. We reported in a previous review that we were missing a hairdryer and a chair. Both were promptly provided with a smile. We will stay there again when we go to visit family.

The room itself wasn’t bad. It’s the lack of internet in the rooms, both rooms have Roku TVs I had my children (iPads) and the internet the first night didn’t work at all the second night it worked for about an hour then never again. The manager was nice, he tried to fix it but I quote “Our IT guy is at a party so I can’t get ahold of him” he also indicated we would be compensated for the trouble, that didn’t happen. The game room is cool.

Property at night from the road was difficult not knowing if there was a ditch or drop off where the road and entry began. Difficulty checking in, but with assistance eventually accessed room. Room is simply, minimally furnished. Quality of bedding- mattress, linen and pillows were great. Room was clean,fresh, smelled good. Definitely no extras. Just a good nights sleep
