"Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. "

"The house was comfortable and clean. The location was nice and quiet. It’s located next to a great bakery for morning coffee. We had 3 people and there was only two comforter blankets. I did ask for another blanket a couple times but got no response. We ended up going to IKEA and buying one. The check in information was frustrating because I didn’t get the full instructions prior to arriving on how to find the key once inside the building. There’sa lovely pool which we didn’t have time to use...
