Antonio and Maria were always prompt to answer any questions. Great recommendation on the local restaurant Lagarica...YUM! The property we stayed in was spacious and clean and the beds were sooo comfortable. The home is about a 10 min Uber from downtown, but the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing with a couple small stores to grab groceries if you just want to hang out and chill. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, also very helpful if you’re running up to Sintra or sightseeing. We would highly recommend!

We've stayed here many times starting about 35 years ago. It is still the most gorgeous setting and the staff is so kind and professional. Our room had a lovely view. Strongly recommend the restaurant. Breakfasts were wonderful and dinner was to die for! We enjoyed every single minute! 4 stars!

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
