"Loved this hotel. Modern clean rooms which were a good size with space for cases. Quiet air con, soundproofed windows, modern clean bathrooms. Decent breakfast selection, great location 2 minutes from Rossio metro and Rossio mainline station (for Sintra). Would definitely stay here again."

"This was an excellent stay for one night. The room was spectacular, brand new and very well appointed. It certainly deserves 5 stars for the room, the staff and the breakfast. All were superb. The slight downfall was our room facing a busy street-side with loud voices, sirens and general night sounds going into the wee hours of the morning making it difficult to have a sound sleep. Overall, a good stay. "

"The room was big and clean. The shower could use some non-skid strips and a holding bar as it is slippery. Breakfast was fresh, lots of choices and the area was spotless, however the menu was the same for the entire ten day stay. Front desk personnel is the gem of the whole operation. Especially Victoria and Filipa. Victoria checked us in and I immediately started asking about restaurant recommendations. She gave us four names. Tried them all. Rate them from good to excellent. On the day of our 50th Aniversary she sent up a fruit plate and a bottle of wine. Very thoughtful. Felipa was always welcoming with a smile make you feel like you're coming home. Location is very close to shopping with all the conveniences you may need. Super market dire tly across the street. Overall I strongly recommend this property and I'll stay again"
