A very happy traveller!

I was pleasantly surprised at how much improved the rooms at Super 8 motels have improved. No longer any funny smells from years of smoking. My room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. I was pleased to find that my rom had a refrigerator w/freezer, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, and bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, & bar soap). Free breakfast was available but I didn't take advantage of it as I'd brought my own. The breakfast room was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.

The people were terrific but the outside area was not respected by patrons and was not clean. Next to a big gravel lot where bad dog owners don't clean up after themselves. But i reiterate, the people were terrific!!!

Hotel smelled like fresh paint and was generally tidy. Staff were very nice at the desk. House keeping was pretty loud and woke us up in the morning. Rooms are dated but clean.

Overall, this was a good stay at a fair price. The desk attendants from all three shifts were very friendly, the rooms spacious and parking was easy and ample for all guests. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast. Although appreciated, it was very sparse and offered no protein options. Adding eggs, sausage and biscuits/gravy, plus an additional table for seating (only two small tables available) would really help. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to others as an economical choice.

Older property and needs work. Painting the outside, parking lot work would help. Inside, the light over the sink not working, was another light fixture with no bulb in it. Breakfast was cereal, coffee, oatmeal, rolls, granola bars. Staff was friendly, tv was good, premium channels, comfortable beds. I'll go back.
