"The house was fabulous. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. When the kids argued about getting the queen or twin beds, we pushed the twins together and made another king! The location was perfect to get away from all the Spring Break excitement, but close enough that it was just a short drive to almost anywhere we wanted to go!"

"This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It has plenty of space for us to feel comfortable with all of the amenities we needed like a pack and play. The location was great, a short walk from a playground, and was located near the family we were there to visit. When we left, it was an easy trip to get on the highway and head to Disney for the rest of our stay. We had 4 adult family members & there was plenty of room for indoor privacy as well as a lovely back porch for morning coffee & devotions. The kitchen is very large, making meal prep easy. "Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout...

"We chose the VRBO because of proximity to Sanford airport for an EARLY morning flight out. It was only a 1 hr drive to the KSC for our astronaut training experience. And we got to see a satellite launch from the comfort of the dock chairs on the lake. Easy peasy."

"The house was very clean and the neighborhood is great. The one thing lacking is an umbrella for the table by the pool for shade. Since there is no overhang there is no shade whatsoever so it is very difficult to stay outside by the pool which is the main attraction of the house! That should be a MUST! Also the internet is very weak and keeps going out which affects the TV. Other than that it was pleasant."

"Perfect location that fits all our needs. Went to Sanford for a soccer tournament and was able to go back to the house to relax and even caught 2 fish! There were 7 of us and we had so much fun and plenty of room to spread out. Will go again if we are able."
