“Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.”

“The property is very well kept and very spacious. The restaurant had very good food, loved the breakfast and lunch. The bar is historical and charming. The hospitality was amazing... they are family owned and operated and care about their guests. I would stay again. 5 stars.”

“A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.”
