“The property is primarily a wedding venue. The room I stayed in was ok but very basic. The location is remote and there isn't much to do around there. The hosts do not speak English and I was charged twice for the stay (once by Hotels.com and once at the property). I haven't yet been able to sort out this charge and since the mistake was with the property staff but they don't speak English”

“A hidden gem right outside of Roma. The architecture and history were unique. We were greeted by the caregiver, Miguela and he turned out to be a wonderful friend throughout our journey. We had lunch on the patio that was delicious and headed to the pool for a relaxing afternoon. In the evening we had a wonderful dinner on the terrace overlooking the countryside. Overall a wonderful experience we highly recommend.”

“Good for people catching an early flight the next day. The room is clean and more spacious than the ones you get in the city (Rome). I didn't order breakfast since I had to catch a rather early flight. The shuttle to/from the airport is very convenient (every 15 mins) but the location at the airport was a little difficult to find. We didn't get the instruction from the hotel. In general a good place to stay near the airport.”

“Employees went out of their way to make us feel welcome, everything was clean and organised with care Not really an issue but something to keep in mind: if you need your room cleaned you have to explicitly ask for it. A lovely place with lovely people in general!”

“Small boutique hotel run by the owner. Rooms were very clean. breakfast served daily. Owner helped us very much with transportation to Rome and around town with his contacts only a block and a half to the beach. room was air-conditioned. Great value for the money.”

“Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. The pool area was lovely and the pool was perfect once……
