“Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not……

My flight arrived early and Mario and his team were able to have the room ready before the standard check in time. “Not a modern and new hotel but very clean and nice staff. Not far to Rome, and with acceptable price and quality. Nice and smiling staff. Easy to park, maybe due to the low season. The light was white in the room, we don't like in night. The water flow in bathroom is somehow weak.”
