"Miquel was great to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. Answered all of our questions quickly. Had a high chair and crib waiting for our infant daughter. The house is walking distance from some great restaurants and a beautiful beach. The property is fantastic! AC works great, nice outdoor barbeque, and the yard/swimming pool was great to relax at. Our family had a great time here and I would highly recommend this place for any one!"

"Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. "The property is a few miles of Luccmajor. The address in the description ain’t correct. The owner helped us by phone and gave us the right directions so there wasn’t a problem. The parents of the owner live next door and are really very helpful if we needed anything. The pool is very nice. The house was very clean. There is a lot is space and quittness just what we wanted. "We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family and really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The villa is full of character and the air conditioning was a real bonus (it was exceptionally hot when we were there) The pool was fantastic and we spent many happy afternoons and evenings playing in the water. "We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Got there late at night but Carles was waiting for us to show us around no problem.Host had also left food milk etc in kitchen for us and also eggs from owners farm nearby which we continued to clooect during stay .Fab base to explore this side of Malorica and would definaterl reccommend ."
