"Very pleasant staff, very clean surroundings. Room a little tight. All furniture in room & dining room seemed homemade, and the lighting in dining room (Steam Punk) also seemed to be homemade. Food not great, (chicken comprised of 1 very thin slice (in uniform shape) crumbed & fried."
"Soggiornato in questa struttura per matrimonio nelle vicinanze, al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto di pagare solo con contanti perchè a detta loro era stato richiesto durante la prenotazione, (cosa non vera perchè avevo messo anche la carta di credito a garanzia della camera) ci hanno creato molti disagi in quanto il mio compagno è dovuto andare a prelevare quando avevamo una cerimonia che sarebbe iniziata da li a breve. "This was a nice roomy place with plenty of room. It is within driving distance of Pisa and the beach and a few other local towns as well. There was plenty of parking as well. I would highly recommend having a car to be able to stay here though. It had a nice mini kitchen with fridge and microwave, it would have been nice if it had a freezer as well. We really like staying here."

"I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one. Also, the pastries come from the owners bakery and OMG! They taste amazing. I will make sure I recommend this hotel for everyone and for sure I will come back too. "
