The hotel was ice and clean. The service in general was good, but every time I came back to the hotel in the evening to park my car, the front desk girl made a big fuss when there were clearly lots of parking available. Every day she claimed there was no parking and I had to go to the parking lot to tell her that there was a lot of space! A bothersome every time!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Overall, the property was very well kept, and the employees were amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. Although the hotel appeared very clean, the first room I was given had roaches, and the air conditioning was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to relax. I was transferred to another room, and thankfully, it was much better. However, the second room did not have all of the amenities and items I had originally requested for the first room with a very dirty shower head. I did request to have it cleaned and was which goes to show that it can be possible for them to do better with cleanliness. The pool was also quite dirty during my stay. I understand that I visited toward the end of summer, but I still feel the pool and surrounding seating area should have been kept cleaner. The seating area, in particular, was not very inviting, whether using a towel or not. I really appreciated the staff and their willingness to help, but the issues with the rooms and pool did affect my overall experience. Based on my stay, I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. The three out of five star is because everything was close by the hotel itself.
