"The hosts should be given a 10/10 rating as they were waiting for us to arrive and hand over the keys even at 1am after our flight was delayed and we travelled through the night. We can't thank them enough. And they were always on hand via WhatsApp to answer questions, provide recommendations and help us out when needed.The house was very clean and a few basic essentials provided (coffee, sugar, bottled water chilled in the fridge on arrival. It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking, which is what we did most days, so tried and tested. Air con keeps the bedrooms really lovely and cool and can be controlled by yourself, which was delightful in the high 30 degree heat, and extra bedspreads are available if you feel a little chilly. The garden was immaculate with lovely views up to the town. It is a lovely quiet spot with hardly any sound from the nearby road or other houses, and you can walk down the little private road to the beach in less than 5 minutes.The location is really good but you do need a car as you can't walk to Campofellice town or supermarkets, but the journeys to both are less than 5 minutes and very simple to drive. There are restaurants dotted along the beach front and a lovely gelateria so if you plan to eat out all the time, then no problem. But we would recommend a visit to the town for the amazing views and the fantastic cafe bars that have wonderful coffee, cakes and other treats!Overall, a lovely spot, very well priced with great hosts!"
