Basic accomodation at a decent price. Old school park in front of your room simply cannot be beat by remote parking spots and a hike-down-the-hall-and-up-the-elevator hotel. Surprisingly very little truck traffic at night on the hill in front of the place. Great bed. Strong WIFI. Our go to in Trail once or twice a year if just passing through overnight.

We needed assistance with our heating unit, and, even though it was late in the evening, we had no problem getting the required help to guide us through getting it operating perfectly, for a warm night's sleep.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Close to Trail, Rossland and Red Mountain. The owner Sunny is a wonderful person, enjoyed having a little chat with her whenever she wasn't busy running around taking care of the rooms and guests.
