“Hotel is good at least for a 1 night stay we checked in 1st room they gave us the restroom was a little dirty :( we talked to front desk about it they switched us rooms so that was good afterwards beds are comfortable/soft only thing is the pool really needs to get cleaned at least for those young kiddos getting in yellowish water other than that stay was very pleasant and yes I’d definitely recommend it for a one night stay like I said!”

“This hotel is something out of the twilight zone. It's extraordinarily huge, and you can get lost very very easily. And here we go: 1) hotel staff don't know what customer service is. Even a "hello" would've been nice, instead the dude just stared at me until I said something. 2) no late check out without a half day fee (we were just asking for an extra hour) no go. 3) our room straight up smelled like piss, hopefully animal, but I guarantee the floors have NEVER seen a carpet cleaner. “The pool wasn’t clean, the vending machine gave me a Diet Pepsi that expired 12/2025, and the morning of checkout an employee tried to get in our room at 7:52am but luckily couldn’t because we had it deadbolted. Then later in the morning when we were taking things to the vehicle, two different times asked if we were done in our room. Checkout was at 11am and this was between 9 and 9:30.”

“Close to the mall and clean”

“房間很大，內裝復古，但是床很大很好睡。沒有什麼衛浴備品，要自己和旅館員工拿，員工蠻友善的，會詢問我們的偏好，說如果怕吵的話可以再換一間房。有提供機場接駁服務，在機場致電旅館後車子就會去載客，隔天早上也可以依據客人的需求選擇接送時間。”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“Arrived at midnight due to the delay of the flight. Staff at the front desk is very helpful.”
