Overall, the experience was great. Service, amenities were great. Lobby and restaurants were great. Checkin/check out was seamless. We stayed in the excellence club junior suite with plunge pool. The pool and outside deck area needs some repairs with tiles on the pool cracked and missing, deck board being warped. Given the level expected, these were not up to standard.

The beach area was full of fun activities and it was impossible to get bored. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I especially liked that there was a casino nearby where we spent a great evening. I would happily come back again.
