We were happy with the location and the facilities. Our greatest concern was reception as the individual who was responsible was not at all concerned or helpful. In fact she was often not available and did not answer phone calls. We were in need of laundry facilities and she informed us that this was available in the grand section but failed to tell us that this was in the one-bedroom units. It would seem that individuals who did not access to e-mail would have a major challenge at check-in, and we saw individuals waiting while no one was at reception. It seems reception may be needed so heads up to individuals wanting to rent here.
