“We arrived expecting to be next to our friends as we called a month in advance and were told we would be, when asked at desk he said “yea I remember the conversation, but no” our friends called the day before arrival to ensure the pool would be open and were told it was- we arrived the pool was not the same and there was no hot tub and then were told to drive to their other property to use that pool as this one was closed. The playset was awful and nothing like photos. Our curtains did not cover……
