Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. ”

“Lage gut, nur 10 Min zum Kreuzfahrthafen, Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Frühstück okay, aber nichts besonderes, etwas trostlos, im Untergeschoss, kein Tageslicht, Saft vom Automaten.... für Kurzaufenthalt ist es ok”

“Staff were consistently rude and unapproachable to both myself and my wife, which completely took away from what was meant to be our honeymoon. At times, we were simply ignored, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone a resort of this standard. When we tried to book the spa, the staff there told us it was fully booked in a dismissive and borderline hostile manner. It didn’t feel right, so we checked with main reception, who confirmed there were actually spaces available. This means we……

“This as our 6th visit which in itself speaks volumes. We love this hotel and the area it is located. However, we did notice a difference in the quality and choice of the half board dinner this time. Enough so to possibly consider only going bed & breakfast next time,”
