“We arrived and were given only one room key for 4 people. We were told they didn't have any more. Yet friends that were staying there had 5 people and 2 rooms and all had their own key. The room smelled of chlorine (though it was across the hall from the pool) the hall didn't smell of it. Upon return from a wedding we went to the bar area to have a drink. I asked for a 7 & 7 and the bartender didn't know what it was. So said whiskey and white soda. They had no white soda. Asked for a……
“Desk clerk was not available except after a 3-minute wait when ringing for assistance. Breakfast area never cleaned, trash can overflowing & not emptied for 4 days. Breakfast items each day were only a dozen gas station donuts, several over-ripe bananas, 4-5 slices of cheap bread - no cereals or milk or juices. Room was adequate, but only 2 sets of towels for the 4-person, 2 queen bed room. No soap or lotions except soft-soap dispenser mounted on shower wall.
