“Hot tubs & pools were being emptied. We were not able to use them, in spite of the fact that the area was PACKED with thousands of visitors because of the fall foliage! We were counting on at least the hot tub. I believe that feature is probably included in the steep price we paid for our stay. Very disappointed with that. We would like a refund or at least a discount in price, for loss of the use of the hot tub & pool. Otherwise no problems. (3-night stay on weekend of 10/16-18/2026.)”
