“We enjoyed our brief stay at Gordon Lodge. Unfortunately, it was too windy to take advantage of the kayaks, which was one of the things that drew us to the property. Also, we were there on Monday and Tuesday - the 2 days that the restaurant isn't open (at least not at this time of year) so we did not get to try that. But the room was great, we enjoyed the trails, pool, and hot tub. Breakfast was also quite good, and the staff was very friendly. I'd stay again if I'm back in the area.”

“Dated property but very nicely maintained. A bit chilly and windy, so no fire by the lake and no outdoor pool during the length of our stay. Simple breakfast with at least muffins, yogurt, coffee, OJ and apples. Water pressure and temperature were outstanding. Bed comfortable. Room size could have been a bit larger. A room darkening shade would have been nice; room was brighter at night than wanted. Flatscreen TV was excellent. Larger refrigerator with accommodating freezer was a welcome……
