Charming rooms, well stocked kitchen, amazing king size bed, very clean and comfortable. Home sits at the base of the Sandía mountain range surrounded by trees. The host, Brad, was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
I highly recommend staying here. From our first contact Brad was amazing. He replied to all of our questions in a timely manner, and once we got there he was there to help us no matter what we needed. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
We loved our stay! The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed, and communication with Brad was excellent. The location was perfect, making it a convenient choice. We hope to stay again soon!
Perfect cabin, deck, hot tub! Definitely want to stay there again! It was roomy and had everything we needed plus! Beautiful location!Beautiful home!Hope to never stay at a hotel in Albuquerque again!
This place has such an amazing cozy feel, we loved it. Everything for a good home base to enjoy the Sandia area. VRBO messaging was a little scratchy, not owners fault. This stay was value packed and I would recommend it. One thing to note is second bedroom is on the small side with twin beds. The master is gorgeous!
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was decorated nicely, and we had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. Brad was very nice and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.
Brad was the best host we’ve ever had! The spot was beautiful and well lit for our arrival and had flowers waiting for me, as this was my birthday trip! He provided excellent information about the surrounding area and places to see and try for food. We will most definitely be back!
We had a great time. The kitchen had everything we needed... and more. The bed was really comfortable. Brad gave us ideas on local eats and even day trip ideas. We shared the property with them but we still had plenty of quiet and privacy. We loved it.
Such a superbly glorious home / cabin in the midst of gorgeous old pines, deer, hawks. Close to a very nice grocery store & at the same time access to gorgeous trails. Brad (host) was so friendly & helpful. We loved the place & the entire stay . 10/10 !
What a relaxing, beautiful place to stay! The hosts were very welcoming and conversational providing lots of info on the local site and things not to miss. The facility is super comfortable and has all you need for a fabulous get away. Know that the fridge and kitchen are tiny spaces. Look before you shop! The hot tub was a welcomed destination after a long day of hiking, ballooning and site seeing. If we are ever back in that area, we will be staying again!!
My husband and I recently visited from Tulsa, OK. The Pine Cone Inn is an excellent getaway that is perfectly located close to Albuquerque, Madrid and Sante Fe. Convenient stores and restaurants are within 4 miles. Nestled in the mountain with hiking trails right outside your door. This location has everything you need including robes, games, and extra blankets. Brad provided several locations for the amenities in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor patio after long days of site seeing and hiking. I would highly recommend The Pine Cone Inn for your next trip!
We stayed 4 nights. Brad communicated clearly before and during our stay so there were no gliitches checking in and lots of suggestions for things to do in the area! The home was spotless and very comfortable! They provide TP/paper towels, soad/shampoo/laundry detergent and salt/pepper/seasonings. The kitchen is small but more than sufficient. Although tje host lives in the upper half of the home, it is designed in such a way that it is very private (and cozy!) I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! One word of caution, don't let google trick you into coming in through Placitas on 165! A beautiful drive BUT a really rough/unimproved road! (Brad said that had never happened before so probably just my issue!). designed in ry private
Quiet, comfortable rustic setting beautifully decorated. It was, for our group, a perfect place to stay in ABQ. Cooler temp and nicer environment than the city but close enough to be convenient.
Great stay! Close enough to ALB to do all the things, but not in ALB. Brad was great to deal with. Cute, cozy and comfortable home.

Brad was a great host...made sure we had all the info we needed but didn't hover. Just to make it perfect, they may want to consider a K-cup type coffee machine. Thanks!
This place was so amazingly cozy and relaxing. The owners were so helpful and accomodating and a pleasurable stay. We will definitely be staying here again.
We loved the place but did not realize the owners lived upstairs and using the hot tub would-be on their porch up to the right of the property. Maybe we should have looked into this more, but the pictures really did not show this was the reality.
