Welcome to Flip Flop Inn, Unit 4B! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning open-water views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

Excellent Holiday Stay

We wanted to get away for a few days over the Christmas Holiday 2023 as we weren’t having any company. We decided on Cedar Key and your condo and are so happy we did! The condo was charming, & clean & quiet. The thrown was a delight and the locals were so welcoming! We couldn’t have been happier! We especially loved the balcony and the gorgeous view. Thank you for your hospitality!
