“Hotel was safe, with a gate monitored at all times. Air conditioning was great, Hot water was great; you have to turn on a water heater before you want to use it. Wifi didn’t always work in the room, though it did at reception. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:10 am and other meals weren’t available during my stay. All food places within walking distance only take cash or MoMo and ATMs are not plentiful. There’s one near the Westlands Police Station.”

“I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property……

“The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows: The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters. Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister. The roaches can be seen crawling on the floor. No black out blinds: the window blinds are transparent. The……
