Our room had both a king-size bed and a twin bed, plus a large bathroom spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair—something that can be difficult to find in Paris. The hotel also offers room service and has a charming bar that doubles as the breakfast area. “A deeply disappointing and exhausting stay. We will not be returning. During our stay, I woke with bites on 3-4 separate occasions and reported this to management because I was concerned about bed bugs. The hotel arranged for a pest controller to inspect the room. I showed them the pyjamas and clothing I had worn in bed, as well as the hotel pillow case, which had multiple brown/blood spots on it. I was told no bed bugs had been found. The pest controller said he had not seen bed bugs but it……

“Hotel is in a great location, super nice design and rooms are comfortable and big toilet compares to most hotels in Paris. Breakfast is also very well thought after, lots of selections and good food. Staff are all very well trained and super friendly.”

“El hotel se ve mucho mejor en las fotografías que en persona. El elevador tiene problemas, es viejo y muy pequeño. Mi habitación estaba limpia pero sólo tenía café soluble (en caso de que seas muy cafetero como yo). La cama muy cómoda, se descansa muy bien.”

“The elevator is one of the factors for me to choose the hotel. Unfortunately on the way to elevator, there are a 5-step staircase. So I still have to carry my luggages myself. The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it”
