“I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed ”

“Arrived at 2.30am to be told that we'd been double booked and had to stay at a hotel 35 minutes walk away. The night porter was reluctant to help , but eventually called a taxi and the hotel paid for it. This took 90 minutes.... The other hotel was decent enough, but we booked the Turist as it was walkable to all the sights. The following day we returned and got checked into the Turist without any further issues.”

“This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa……
