"I come often but Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting, I had a situation, I got a three bedroom condo , it was good but was in the second floor , with me was someone with physical limitations but even a request one unit first floor, that was not available, well I understood and took the condo second floor , very next day a lot of people checked out and because of that I requested another room on the first floor or getting another in the first floor , After checking if it was available in the Expedia app , it was available something better in the first floor , I did request it sending a text message to the concierge lady called “Tracy” she answered right away saying she will ask room manager, I told her also I will pay extra money in case I needed, I asked for manager name Tracy concierge lady , she said “ CHARiTY” and Tracy said she will call me as soon she arrive to the property, she never call me , but she texted saying the rooms were dirty or occupied at that time , I replied saying I can wait to one get clean and I mentioned that was one available according with the Expedia app ..
